The SPRINTER Project will participate in the upcoming ePIXfab cross-fertilization workshop on high-speed optical modulators, taking place 11–12 June 2026 in Belgium.
This technical workshop will bring together several European research projects working on advanced photonic integrated circuit technologies to exchange expertise across the full innovation chain. Discussions will cover topics including design, fabrication, characterization, packaging, and applications of high-speed optical modulators.
The event aims to foster in-depth technical dialogue between researchers, engineers and industry stakeholders, helping to broaden perspectives on emerging modulator technologies and their applications while strengthening collaboration across the European photonics ecosystem.
The workshop is co-organized by the EU projects PHORMIC, photonixFAB, PATTERN, STARLight EU Project, LOLIPOP Project and SPRINTER Project, with the support of ePIXfab – the European Silicon Photonics Alliance.
Through its participation, SPRINTER contributes to strengthening collaboration within Europe’s photonics community and advancing next-generation photonic technologies for high-speed communications and integrated systems.
